But if they ever get convicted here of securities fraud (especially since the Chinese and American markets are so tangled), they can have their lawyers and their judges commute it to China where they can hire someone to do their time for them.

The sums don't seem to be of the amount that would require you to be a 1%'er. Although it does seem like the body doubles really are body doubles in the sense that they look similar. I don't know how well it would work for a white person (although maybe they can't tell us apart).
