It's the "burn" that catches my eye. No reasonable person would consider that a burn. This has to be a sly joke at people who make bad jokes. Same with this one:

This is such a typical Fox "damn you Kennedys" moment that it has to be satire. No one would so clumsily do this on purpose.

So you see, this is actually brilliant satire.
