The Dog Ate My Homework: GOP: You should vote Obama out of office because he failed to fix the mess we created, despite our best efforts to prevent him from accomplishing anything. We promise that, if you put us back in office, we'll double our efforts to do the same sort of thing that caused the mess in the firs place.

And half of America is buying this. For real.

Yeah, totally true. Goddamnitsomuch. And this escalator has poop on it. If 0bama doesnt clean this up by tomorrow I'm totally voting for the homeless guy that pooped on it. Poop

Vodka Zombie: As someone who voted for Obama, I think the economy is rebounding rather nicely in spite of Republican efforts to cripple it. Of course, the only people who call it "dismal" are those who have no idea what the hell the economy should be doing in the first freakin' place and probably shouldn't even have a voice in this discussion.

But, you know, keep on lying to America, Daily Caller. It's really the only way Republicans can win since they literally have nothing factual to run on.

THIS

I'm not rolling in the dough, but we have a roof over our heads, food in our stomachs, and are able to give our kids a decent life. Considering how bad the GOP screwed the pooch, and then how bad they have been trying to kill that same pooch so it can't report the rape, I'd have to say that subby is a farking moron, probably doesn't have the job skills to get a real job, and thinks that's Obama's fault somehow.

yeah i'm pretty sure every analysis of the financial collapse had concluded it to have been a bi-partisan mess with many loopholes that still exist today

johnnyrocket: Romney would do zero to help young people get jobs, pay off student loans, get healthcare, ZERO!

i'd be curious to know what college students really think nowadays, when i was in college during the 2004 election i joined the college democrats (true story) and helped the "get out the vote" movement going door to door, handing out on corners, etc.... suffice to say the amount of fark given was next to zero, despite the general "end of the world" feeling people had about that election being similar to every election since then

Heh... Yeah, I voted for Obama. Giving him about a C+ on his performance to date.

Know what? Still not going to vote for Romney and his merry band of plutocratic assholes.

I'll happily vote to reelect a sane center-right politician, who I disagree with on some issues, over a wealthy elite, who wants to lower his taxes and raise the defense budgets by gutting services for the most vulnerable Americans and raising taxes on the middle and working classes.

Don't even get me started on the asinine, regressive nonsense his running mate supports and which Romney apparently supports, too.

And the recession ended two years ago. Shouldn't the president be working with congress to actually help fix our problems instead of walking in the room and saying "I won"? But I'm sure it most only be the fault of the GOP that the senate doesn't bother to debate passed house bills. There is a lot of blame to go around, it would be nice for the left to accept even a bit of it.

His vote counts, but it doesn't feel like it does. I understand that feeling. I will never vote GOP because I don't like politicians legislating my vagina. And I have to vote in GA this year and I feel the same way about my vote not really mattering because I'm not in a swing state. This state will always be red. Hell, I even had to mail my voter registration card to f*cking Karen Handel, and if THAT doesn't drive home exactly how pointless my vote is in this state, nothing else was going to. But it won't stop me from voting.
