Note how the REAL son of St. Reagan is a staunch liberal who endorsed Obama and has worked for MSNBC and Air America, while the ADOPTED son is a right-wing loon and/or scam artist.

Huh? Why's that?

Obama's going to confiscate everyone's guns, duh.

He's waiting for the UN to command him after he usurps the election. I know things.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: the Democratic Party needs to get in on the "duping dumbass Republicans" market, or at least look into it as a potential source of funding on the side. You don't even have to think that hard to come up with ideas for products, and apparently they'll buy even the shoddiest, most overpriced crap if it has Reagan's name or Palin's face on it.

Michael Reagan is the son of President Ronald Reagan. He is a political consultant, founder and chairman of The Reagan Group, and president of The Reagan Legacy Foundation. He is the author of "The New Reagan Revolution" (St. Martin's Press). Visit his website at www.reagan.com.

$40 bucks a year for email? If people are so un happy with Yahoo and GMail, won't they just use the email their ISP gives them? I see this going down in an epic amount of flames. And when it does they will blame it on liberals.

No, he bought a machine gun because "Larry and Sergey are pretty notoriously anti-gun".

It is not "I enjoy this".

It is "I am doing this because it bothers 'the liberals'!!!"

You do realise that "Liberals" have so far boycotted one company (for proudly giving large sums of money to an organisation that abducts and abuses gay children), while conservatives boycott literally everything (for simply saying that gay people deserve to live), right? Also, being a conservative, I'm sure that you're very vocal about free speech and the free market - is this not both of those rolled into one?

Sure, I could probably solve this by Googling it, but I don't want Conspiracy Cooties near my computer, so eh. :P

Why not? Always wanted one, now I have one, and it didn't cost me a dime.

FlashHarry: why the .30 cal? planning on doing some hunting?

Not with that, no. There's all sorts of legal reasons for owning firearms besides hunting and self defense. Weird, I know, but true. For example, except for a few really super expensive guns, I own pretty much everything that was used in WWI, WWII, and Korea (and Viet Nam, by extension). Its kinda cool to get to play with stuff that's normally only seen in a museum. You get to learn how they work, how they operate, how to fix them, how to take care of them, what they sound like, what they smell like, etc. And in doing all that you get a teensy, tiny sense of what the guys back then experienced, first hand, up close and in action. It's like having a museum you can participate in.

I suppose it's the same with guys who like old cars or whatever. Probably just as expensive, too.

As someone who's pretty far to the left on a lot of issues (gay marriage, drugs, abortion, finance reform, immigration, etc), that statement makes no sense. And I don't shoot it at dirt, because that would be silly. I shoot it at explosive targets, because it's fun to do that.

But yes, I got a certain satisfaction in knowing they paid for it.

My favorite boycott by my conservative brethren was the Disney one. That was a spectacular failure and always made me chuckle.

I'm curious, which organization abducts and abuses gay children? Abduction of children is typically considered kidnapping...just an FYI.

I am very vocal (when I post on the topic) about free speech. Go ahead...take a gander.

Free market and free speech aren't rolled into one.
