Male rape - the "okay to laugh about" kind...

What Farmer did was unequivocally wrong and the punishment he received from Barker is appropriate. But unless Barker reduces Farmer's sentence when she reviews it in 180 days, his hopes of playing major college basketball are likely now over.

That was the look of someone who has gotten his way his whole life.

"Im getting 5 years?"

(Collapses on the floor like an 80 year old woman)

I wish I was there...it would have been worth the contempt of course just to laugh at this clown.

How the judge kept a straight face Ill never know...

"But... but... he plays basketball!"

Another fine example of how completely unhinged people are for sports. Would this even be a discussion if he wasn't a sports star?

Its okay...the male mind can stop any sort of baby being conceived in cases of rape.

Nothing to worry about.

He then told the judge, "I'm really not a bad kid," and asked for the chance to finish his senior year in high school so he could earn a basketball scholarship.

But Barker reminded him that the security video from the apartment building shows him kicking Lane in the head as she cowers in a corner.

"You can see the fear on her face," the judge said.

Well, bro.
You done the crime.
Now do your time.
What did you expect?
To come to on a fainting couch and find a fan fluttering in your face?
Perhaps Auntie Em telling you to shush, and I was only a draem?

Right, because an 18-year-old is too young to understand that chasing down and kicking a cowering woman repeatedly in the face because she won't get back together with him is wrong

I want to agree with you. I really do. Because, I mean, seriously, fark that jock asshole. But I can't help but think basketball was probably all his hopes and dreams for a big chunk of his life. End of the day, the answer is still 'too damn bad' and I don't think he should have a shot even if they had given him probation, but I can't help still feeling sympathy.

That's what I'm wondering. He's a stupid kid, who needs a good scare and wakeup call regarding his behavior. I don't see how prison will help him grow up, or make any other stupid kids stop doing stupid things.

It's the act of a person that didn't know what the word "consequence" means. He now knows that definition.

Farmer pleaded guilty in July to kidnapping, felonious assault, robbery and intimidating a victim stemming from his altercation last April with Lane in the lobby and parking lot of her apartment complex in Bedford Heights.

/Um ..ya....no sympathy for this dick. I don't care if he can dribble a ball with his cack while whistling dixie, These are felonies, and he got off lucky with just a 3 year sentence. Just because you don't wanna do the time, acting like a little biatch and falling on the floor isn't gonna help. I loved the Judge here "IM NOT FINISHED HERE" Would have been great if she had said "stand up, and act like a man, you did the crime..now reap it." You got off light pal, get over it, and try to make something of yourself while in prison, besides being able to dribble a ball. Try reading, and furthering your education. Who am i kidding, sighs...

If a woman likes it.. why wouldn't a man like it?

Can anyone comment who has plowed men and women.. is there a difference in the feeling inside? Would that make it different for men?

I doubt he'll serve three years. I had a friend go to prison for selling drugs, and got a three year sentance. He was in for one. The judge probably wanted to make sure he actually served enough time to learn a lesson.

Can't think of a better scare or wake up call than 3 years in prison.

A serious domestic violence related crime was committed ON VIDEO; there's no denying it was him. Cutting him a break doesn't do any good for anyone and leniency because he's a "kid" just means he might do worse to his next girlfriend.

/Cop
//Probably 1/3 arrests I make are domestic violence
///Half of the charges get dropped by the victim
