Two monitors? Really? When they're surrounded by (sometimes) expensive and rarer musical instruments. What's the resale on those, even if they were LCDs? $50 max? Jeez, criminals are stupid.

This kind of thing never happens in Boring, Kentucky.

Instruments are not commodities. Even cheap ones have serial numbers. Monitors are probably gonna be easier to move.

See, the funny thing about monitors is that they also have serial numbers and they should be cataloged in the inventory system if the IT guy (or gal) is even half-awake on the job.

No, this is totally the work of idiot kids who think only electronics have value.

Band rooms don't have rare musical instruments just sitting around. They have a bunch of heavily abused student instruments full of spit.

You went to the wrong high school. We had good stuff.

Also, Niceville is to nice for these shenanigans. I bet it was those guys From Coolsville, trying to act all cool and stuff, leaving that message to throw us off the scent. I just hope those meddling kids and their funny stoner dog get here soon enough to crack this case wide open.

Really? The 1936 Selmer Balanced Action Tenor that I play (which I *bought* from my High School, where it had sat at the bottom of the instrument closet for over 20 years) disagrees with you

Yeah. I've owned a LOT of musical instruments over the years...the only thing that had a serial number is a piano, or electronics.

Bullshiat. Every instrument I've ever owned had a serial number. From the cheap-ass $200 guitar to my $4k saxophone. (and yes, my piano has one too)
