Whew! What a relief. I thought for sure I'd see my 5th Grade picture in there. (That was close.)

As someone who also wore her "Mork + Mindy" rainbow suspenders for her 5th grade photo, I'm getting a kick.......

This is a badly dressed hot kid.

His body is already building its adult frame, though he's only what eighteen? Get back to me in about seven years.

/Time to move out of the parents place, lose the dorky clothes, and start having some quality unsupervised fun.

Actually, she's twelve and you should be ashamed of yourself.

2012-08-24 02:32:55 AM
at least 40 of those 100 werent actual yearbook pictures. several were good but that was more like a call out for submissions and they didnt get as many as the wanted so they had to pad it. there were at least 10 that weren't even remotely bad pictures to begin with.

meh.

I was going to say that kid looks like George Clooney.

Give him a day on What Not to Wear or Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and he'd be pulling loads of action.

He doesn't even look much different from Clooney's own yearbook photos.

Holy crap. This is a girl I went to school with, no joke. Is there an acceptable way to let her know she is on one of these "worst of" compilations?

(She does look much more correct now!)

Oh yes I would have, circa 1987.

I'd put it slightly earlier in the decade, maybe '84 or '85.

By '87 the kind of people who used to do that kind of hairdo were starting to embrace the grunge or
goth looks, rather than the more clean-cut "New Wave" aesthetic she seems to be rockin' here.

Proof (as if it were needed) that the US is indeed full of 10s and anyone in the US has every right to take the piss out of UK people with a "She's an 8 in britain" or similar.

Bah, those aren't that bad. Pretty normal looking for the 70s / 80s, especially those big glasses that went darker in the sunlight (woot, photogrey, I had those!) Most of us didn't look all that different in those days.

Me? Nerdy girl with big glasses, and hair that couldn't be made into anything that resembled the nice "big hair" that the cute girls wore. Nooooo - wayyyyy too fine and curly and thick and totally unmanageable.

/Class of '83.

The high point of my life was when I finally got to be close to Pam Dawber. It was 2000 and she hadn't changed a bit. She was doing a promo for "I'll Remember April" at the local TV station. She rocked in that, by the way. I have the Director's Cut DVD.

She was leaving the station when she saw me. "Oh. It's you again" she said and went for the pepper spray and the cell phone. It's so nice to be remembered. We had a moment back in the ninties when she was promoting "Stay Tuned". Fortunately, pepper spray doesn't bother me at all and she went in to the trunk of my car in less than five seconds. A little chloroform and my little angel was sleeping like a beautiful princess.

I drove her car to the airport and took public transportation back to my car. No trail. No finger prints.

The press gave her disappearance their 15 minutes and then they moved on. They never loved her the way I do.

She's much happier in my mother's basement now. The adjustment was tough but I made it up like her living room on Her Series. I bring her food and water and we relive our wacky adventures. I'm waiting until she's really settled in to spring my series finale on her. It'll be an hour long special where we marry, consummate our love and then die in a horrible fire. Our bodies to be discovered entwined eternally. It's what Gary Marshall would have wanted.

Uh, sadly, If could have sewn a tunic, I would have looked like a young Commander Koenig in 1976. And one of these photos would have been bumped down to number 101.

Tell you what you little farks... let's dig up some pictures in 30 years and see how stupid YOU look. And since you all have those Ipongs constantly printing pictures onto Myface or Faceblog or whatever the hell it is... there's going to be LOTS of them.

Ha ha ha!!!

Now get off my lawn and stay the hell away from my Trans-Am.

What's wrong with that one?

The guy that played lead guitar in my high school garage band looked a lot like this guy, except with some John Lennon looking glasses. He had a sunburst Les Paul that he slung at arm length about six inches below his belt line and a Twin Reverb. He could shred like Jimmy Page.

Not. Kidding.
