Electrify: Apple's bitter that they didn't come up with this strategy in the 80s so they could sue Microsoft for Windows.Seriously though, could Apple have a legitimate patent? In legal history have companies had such simple patents stand up against court scrutiny? And as someone who hasn't been following this case closely, has Samsung shown any examples of electronics with rounded edges which were released prior to the iPhone?
