Sorry, but that really should be a bigger issue in this campaign. Can't Obama get some lackey congressman to put that message out there, so keeps his own hands clean, but reminds everyone just how weird Mitt Romney's religion is? I refuse to believe it wouldn't be worth at least 1% in the polls, with as many people in this country voting for the guy they'd most like to have a beer with.

There is a micro brewery in Ellicot City, MD that serves a wurst platter with their beer! Sweet manna from Heaven! It's the only thing I remember with any fondness from my time spent in that state!

It's India Pale Ale, not Indian Pale Ale. It's not an Indian beer. Also, there is a whole spectrum of flavor balances, mouthfeel, body, sweetness, dryness, bitterness, sourness, etc. If someone doesn't care for IPAs, that doesn't necessarily mean they like sweet beer.

Errr, I don't think FOIA works that way, and there's no indication that what the reddit hivemind thinks is actually true. I'll start by saying I worked for the VA in the early 90s doing their FOIA software code releases. I might be wrong, so YMMV, hold away from hands, consult a professional that doesn't use reddit, etc.

If government funds are used to make something, they the results can usually be requested via FOIA. Even then, the fact that government funds were used to make a recipe doesn't mean that the recipe itself has to be released. If Obama has had the recipe in his possession before he was president or if he wrote it himself in his residence when he was 'on vacation', there's no need to share the recipe since government funds weren't directly used to make it. If you worked for the government and in your off-hours wrote a software application, the results of what you make don't fall under FOIA.

Don't get me wrong, it's been a few years since I brewed and I may take it up again if I can find the recipe, but going the FOIA route probably won't work.
