Steve King doesn't believe that you can get rape pregnant, but he does believe that Muslims have invaded the government.

Oh, for....this is getting pretty silly at this point.

So, Steve King says he's never heard of a girl getting pregnant from statutory rape or incest, yet he believes that a man can rape a young girl, kidnap her, force her to undergo an abortion across state lines, and then "drop her off at the swingset...

So which is it, Steve?

King also believes that birth control pills don't prevent pregnancy.

You're just jealous. His mind is so powerful he can hold several mutually contradictory beliefs without breaking a sweat.

I can't decide if I hate everything for someone backing this up, or absolutely love it.

2012-08-21 01:18:05 PM
Because if you can't tell Steve King about your statutory rape/incest, who can you tell?

2012-08-21 01:20:14 PM
As I said in another thread, if it weren't for pregnancies resulting from incest, Steve King would've never been elected to Congress, given that the majority of his supporters are inbred retards.

Scheduled to replace Akin on the ballot:

And just think, the Democrats' chances of making significant gains in the House and Senate were pretty slim. Now, these Republican nightcrawlers and their abhorrent social views are being forced to the surface because one of them accidentally told the truth. Now anybody looking at a ballot in November who sees an (R-.....) is going to be wondering if he is one of "those" Republicans.

And it has the added bonus of further alienating moderate Republicans and independent voters. This is exactly what the GOP didn't want, a referendum on social issues that they will lose. And we haven't even had DerpCon 2012 in Florida yet....

It isn't just one of them, people are agreeing with him. I mean other prominent Republicans.

But... but... I was assured that Akin was an outlier and not at all representative of the GOP as a whole.

It's odd that he considers himself knowledgeable about under age girl rape.

Well, there's Claire McCaskill, she's a pretty moderate Republican.

It was Huntsman. Johnson is just as crazy as Ron Paul, but without the "I'm a Republican" schtick.

"I'd be open to discussion on the matter."

What a RINO.

2012-08-21 02:04:05 PM
I thought liberals were smart enough to read:
Rather, he had no direct, personal knowledge of such circumstances. "What he was saying was, he personally does not know a girl who was raped," Brittany Lesser, a spokesperson for King said. "He never says, 'I've never heard of that.' There's a fine line between 'I've never heard of that' and 'I don't know personally anybody who's been raped. There's a difference. There is a difference."

For the record: Steve King is still a moron, especially for getting involved with this mess.

2012-08-21 02:04:21 PM
Steve King has got to be too retarded to tie his shoes. Holy fark.

2012-08-21 02:04:47 PM
So they're going to yank any funding they give him moving forward, right?

This might mark the beginnings of the old guard seriously taking on the teabaggers.

2012-08-21 02:05:02 PM
So his argument is unless he PERSONALLY knows of something he doesn't believe it exists?

These people are complete idiots.

"When the legislation that passed in the farm bill that says that it's a federal crime to watch animals fight or to induce someone else to watch an animal fight, but it's not a federal crime to induce somebody to watch people fighting, there's something wrong with the priorities of people that think like that." - Steve King, animal abuse enthusiast.
