Huff was booked into the Uintah County Jail, but was released after posting $10,000 bail. He is due to make his first court appearance Sept. 10.

Bail Bondsmen. They thrive outside prisons. They give high interest loans to cover bail.

You ever go to shows at the Lincoln Theater, the Berkley cafe or Volume 11 in Raleigh? I go see Jonin and Blatant Disarray whenever they play out.

Always, and Dive too. Not really a fan of Jonin but I tend to go if friends are. Haven't seen Blatant in awhile. I like the Dive, 'cause I be broke, yo.

Norton said Huff's mother was also stabbed in the left arm during the incident as she tried to pull him off his roommate. Huff's mother is dating his roommate, the sergeant said, noting that the two men have been "best friends since they were younger."

1) Obviously Mom has been Best Friend's with his friend for a while

2) Huff's mother is dating his roommate.................

I havent been to the Dive in awhile, but they do have some cheap drink specials. Last time I was there I ran into Mike from BD. You go to the Lincoln show with Jonin, Parasite Drag and Confessor a few months ago? Im sure we have met too. You throw darts? Or is your name Dio?

That's not how it works. You pay a bondsman a percentage of the bail (sometimes plus a fee) and they put up the rest. If you show up for court they get the bond back from the court and keep the money you paid them. If they suspect you won't show, they drag you back in and collect their bond and still keep your money. Most bondsmen (at least here in AR) double as bounty hunters, and if you don't show they track you down.

Cool. I was hanging out with Ryan and Mike from BD, and Thomas from Jonin after their set, just to the right of the mixing board. Guess I'll have to start talking about FARK when I got to shows find out who you are. I ran into Tony up in Va at the Megadeth, Slayer and Anthraz show a few years back. I was up there with my Army buddy who owns Davids bass from Peace Sells... and he loaned it to the R&R HoF, so David gave him some free tickets and backstage passes. Good times!

I wish I didn't. Also, if you don't show they collect the full amount of the bond from you and/or anyone who co-signed on your bond.

Yeah, we left practically right after Confessor; though I had to get my hugs on from Cary and Steve first then ran out of there. And if anyone mentions Fark out and about I tend to pretend I don't know what they're talking about. (I have one close friend who I know is on here, but we make sure we don't know eachothers usernames... we have vastly differing political views, and we like remaining friends)

I should qualify that yeah, Tony's an old friend, but I'm more friends with his ex-wife... hate to take sides and all; he still gets a hug from me and I care about him, but yeah...
