Someday I'm going to pour a bottle of their tamarind soda over a tough beef roast, let it marinade overnight, then slow cook the living hell out of it.

I anticipate an experience akin to bench seat sex down by the river.

A favorite of mine that is just now getting distributed in Louisville. If you keep the bottle at just the right temperature, when you open it, the top freezes and you have to drink the soda through a slush. Also amazing when mixed with bourbon.
