What's the reason behind taking away the bear and throwing him back in the wild? Will he get bigger? He obviously didn't like the wild. I'm just picturing him sitting on the jungle floor in the rain having a sad wondering why his friends got rid of him.

"If you're concerned about Buddu's fate, worry no more. The cub, seen here getting his hair combed by Juli, was taken from the family by wildlife officials Friday."

Part of me now feels sad instead of sappy, but I guess this is probably a good thing in the long run.

ExperianScaresCthulhu: I understand why they took Boo Boo away, but if they loved him and he wasn't hurting anybody, that's his family. I don't want to know that they took him away from the only family he ever knew. I want to know that he's safe and loved somewhere else, he won't be killed and he's not alone.

I don't know. How long would it take to domesticate cuddlebunny sloth bear, like that goat in the picture above? You got dudes domesticating hyenas in Africa, and foxes in Russia, why not a tree sloth?

And, it's a sloth. it's slow. It eats chutes and leaves, and maybe beetles. It doesn't eat meat. Those claws are for digging tubers and shiat out of the ground, not clawing flesh and lapping up the blood and chewing through arteries and cartilege and shiat.

I understand why they took Boo Boo away, but if they loved him and he wasn't hurting anybody, that's his family. I don't want to know that they took him away from the only family he ever knew. I want to know that he's safe and loved somewhere else, he won't be killed and he's not alone.

I think it would be cool to have a pet that's even lazier than myself.

Let's see if he's still so cute once he's grown up.
