ussyorktown: I am not a "birther."

And Nixon wasn't a crook.

You are, actually, a really bad false equivalency troll with no game *and* a birther.

Fact is, Mitt Romney cannot win this election without releasing his tax forms because it would cause rightful suspicion in too much of the electorate and he also cannot win this election by releasing his tax forms because then his entire platform becomes invalidated by him being the poster boy for the idle rich who game the system to enrich themselves at the expense of the country that allowed that wealth in the first place.

The quantum superposition candidate has put himself into a lose/lose position here.

You can either realize this truth now or wait till November.

Lulzy either way for me, so I'm good..

/Taxers? Lawls. You so cray-cray.

A Newsweak article?

Niall Ferguson who supported the Iraq War from the get-go and still thinks it was a pretty good idear?

Kissinger's biographer?

Fark that guy, Krugman tore the poor limey bastiche a new one and he's still all butt-hurt about it.

He fundamentally misunderstands the American economy and American politics.

Still, nice to know the right now cares about what Europeans think about the US.

Makes a nice change does that.

Shostie: I don't trust any candidate that files anything other than a 1040EZ.

So you won't vote for anyone with a mortgage.

friday13: Yeah, no. Not that last bit. They should only be released for the time you are in office once elected. The chilling effect would be too great to allow the law to pass constitutional muster otherwise.

nah
there is TOO much bullshiat that goes on after they leave office. and yah, we would probably have to amend the constitution to make it legal.

SineSwiper: smitty04: shotglasss: The Taxer movement continues while the National Debt continues to skyrocket.

Obama is going to spend 5 billion dollars more than the government takes in today alone. He'll do the same tomorrow.

Does that not matter anymore? 4 years ago, the deficit was all you libs could talk about, and Obama promised to cut it in half. Now it's not a problem?

The best way for Obama to get reelected is to pretend those problems do not exist, party hardy and let the grand-kids worry about the debt.

REPUBLICAN FILIBUSTERS SINCE 2007: 360!

This isn't a dictatorship. No president can wave a magic wand and automatically pass a budget. The GOP has been purposely causing gridlock within Congress just to promote Mitch's singular goal of "making Obama a one-term president". Political causalities don't matter.

But, please, go on your "fact-based" tirade of how Obama is single-handedly ruining America.

The less Congress does, the less we get screwed. I like it when they don't agree. But what I don't like is Obama just declaring that since he's not getting what he wants, he's just going to use an EO. Like the backdoor amnesty of not enforcing our immigration laws. He is also trying to dismantle the welfare work requirement. And the Senate won't even pass a budget...because that would put the members on record for the election. Harry Reid is the biggest roadblock to anything happening we've ever seen. But keep blaming the Republicans. There's a reason the American people put them in charge of the House.

Idk, Paul Ryan's kind of gross if you ask me.

ecmoRandomNumbers: THIS! This is what Rmoney should've done. At least this can be attributed to dipshiattedness more than malfeasance.

Eh, I'm not really sure this is a good plan. It makes him sound like a pure unscrambled asshole. I would not vote that into public office.
