Okay: Barack Obama did not lie on his tax returns.

Wow, that was easy.

Yes, we know. He wasn't disclosing properly that he was still fully running Bain, according to legal documents. He either lied to the SEC, IRS, or to the American people, possibly more than one of those three.

GAT_00: or to the American people

He's definitely lying to the American people. Lies by omission are still lies.

So, it's okay if someone lies about official forms, as long as it was 10 years ago?

It's relevant no matter what because if he lied to the IRS or the SEC, it's a felony.

Non story. His team of accountants claimed residency in one state over another for tax purposes, and when Romney wanted to run for governor he amended the tax returns to claim residency in Massachusetts, at which point he amended his tax liability.

Romney owned a house and lived in Boston for 30 years, and the two years in question that resulted in amended tax returns were during his Utah Olympics stint. It's not like he had just moved into the state and thought he deserved to be in office, like a Clinton. Democrats already took those tax returns to the State Ballot Law Commission before the election and guess what? They lost.

When you guys get all circle-jerky with each other does the room start to smell funny? Or does the patchouli hide it?

That's not the actual problem.

No, seriously, if it was going to be a story, it would have been during his gubernatorial election the first time it came around. The Democrats already tried this. That "diary" is just a rehashing of a complaint the Democrats filed when he ran for governor. Read the links. The SBLC decided in his favor, because only an idiot would try to argue that Romney hadn't lived in Massachusetts for the past 30 years.

Or don't read the links. I don't expect monkeys in a masturbating frenzy to actually, you know, research anything.

Mitt Romney is a lying sack of shiat, this is just more documentation of that obvious fact. Face it Repubs, Obama is a good man who actually wants to do what's best for the country. Romney is a selfish liar who wants only to enrich himself and his buddies even more at everyone else's expense. He has all the money he could ever want, so now he's after political power.

Ed Muskie? I'm not sure - I just remember that he was pretty much described as crazy by Hunter S. Thompson.

And John Edwards had the same problem, as did Gary Hart. And too bad about the latter, I think he could have beat Reagan.

But we're going to need the super secret long form birth certificate plus the blu-ray copy of the birth, and the interview from the doctor who delivered, plus certified testimony from the staff at the hospital to prove that Obama might have been born in this country....maybe

6) On June 7, 2002, Romney had to tell the MA People that on April 2002 he Amended his 1999-2002 Tax Returns to finally include Massachusetts as a residence retroactively

He's really into this "retroactive" thing isn't he?
