Great Janitor: I need to run for congress. No term limits, I live in Texas, so all I need to do is say I'm Republican and once elected, just half ass a job, let the straight party voters vote me in each time I'm up for re-election and make sure that everything I vote for in the end protects my ass while I'm in congress and after wards.

If I'm reading this right, the "someday, somehow, somewhere" started when Issa issued a new subpoena specifically targeting those records.
