ignite ice: Excuse me if I'm not overjoyed to be funding health insurance for people who don't work for it.

My grandfather can barely walk and when he does it's incredibly slowly and he sleeps about 16 hours a day. He can still read and think but it's significantly slower than the rest of us. He has a hearing aid but he still has a terrible time hearing, he always just passes the phone to my grandma when I call. He served in the military and fought in WWII. When he came back he held a job for over 40 years. And today he has the gall to not hold a job. Fark that guy.

ignite ice: Excuse me if I'm not overjoyed to be funding health insurance for people who don't work for it. I do work for my health insurance. I don't ask for handouts from the government, and I certainly wouldn't take them if they offered. That's not at all what capitalism is about. People seem to think that they can do the very least possible and get the very best of benefits. No, we are not the same, and you don't deserve the same privileges if you aren't going to take the initiative to earn them. Romney sees that. Obama doesn't There is no other reason so simple as that for why voting for Obama is wrong.

I realize you are probably, a troll, but here, have a snack...

Who in the hell are you talking about? Medicare recipients have spent their whole lives "working for it" and paying into a system so they can have healthcare available to them when they are elderly. You wait until you're 65 and trying to find anything approaching reasonably priced private health insurance and come back here whining how everyone ELSE doesn't deserve what you obviously do.

Social security and Medicare are NOT entitlements, they are earned benefits. EARNED you selfish little prick.
