Then you'll be given a couple articles to make images for. If you're accepted, you'll be given full access to the admin of the site to add images as you see fit.

You'll be allowed to post image credit on every story, so you'll get a link from every story where you make a picture, and you'll be part of something pretty fantastic and vibrant.

We're desperately looking for someone, and we hope to make this a paid position in the future, so let us know if you're interested.

Please help our site not suck, if you rescue it we might pay you.

Would have been shorter and to the point.

This will not end well for them.

I don't get it. Are they paying us with money or ridicule?

It is refreshing to see a "news" site openly tell us they want someone to fake photos for them.

Ah, yes, "Do for the exposure" to which my reply "When my landlord takes exposure, that will be sufficient."

Only on the Internet will someone tell you working for free is a good idea.

Everyone wants them for free. I've done a couple of Photoshops that I wish I could charge usage fees for, though. I'd have a fat sack of cash from them.

I've seen this one turn up in a lot of different places.

This one has taken on a life of its own. Typing in "bacon grenade" in GIS gets you quite a few results.

But, I'm doing it for fun, so I really don't care that I'm not getting paid. Then again, who's gonna pay me for the sucky Photoshops I do?

No one because someone not-quite-as-good will do it for free.
