As I said, it explains that smell.

So, did Rayn's Wikipedia edits follow that theory?

"Cheese Food" may be yellow, may vaguely taste like cheese, but is most definitely not cheese.

Melt it down with a can of Rotel tomatoes, and you won't care if it's cheese or not.

Maybe with a few shots, a 6 pack and a Packer game on?

FTFA - "My veins run with cheese, bratwurst, and a little Spotted Cow and some Millers," Ryan said, his voice cracking with emotion. "I even think ice fishing is interesting."

For an inhuman robot he has good taste in beer.

Miller? Really?"

R'Money *still* should've picked someone who was both fiscally conservative AND socially moderate. He has the potential of scaring away the moderate vote with his current pick for a running mate. There's a whole list of people--even one that was tea-party backed (*cough*Sen. Brown*cough)--who would've made a far better choice than Ryan.

Whatever.

vernonFL: utharda: Let's talk about the real issues America faces.

Yes, lets talk about the real issues. Like where is Obama's birth certificate? And where is the bust of Churchill?

Or where are his college transcripts and senior thesis?

The Republicans' new CINO.

What major Republican names are actually fiscally conservative, instead of just playing one on TV?

Okay, this is just petty. Of course Ryan is going to pander. ALL politicians pander. It's their job. Can't we just hold off until he starts saying really mindnumbing and surreal before we all explode? Don't worry. It's coming.

Well, the real demonstrated #1 killer in America is cholesterol. And here comes Representative Ryan whose fine state is, I regret to say, clogging the nation's arteries with Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese. If we want to talk numbers, how about the millions of people dying of heart attacks? Perhaps Wisconsin Cheddar should come with a skull and crossbones.

NO BLOOD FOR CHEESE!

tenpoundsofcheese: Agreed.

0bama should go first. He has been doing this for only 3.75 years and besides the roaring success of the Summer of Recovery and Cash For Clunkers, where are his detailed plans?

(well, to be fair, 0bama did keep the Bush tax cuts so he seems to believe in the value of keeping taxes low).

On his website. With all the charts and details and PDFs and whatnot. It's the first result that comes up when you type "obama detailed plans" into Google. It's even the first result for idiots who type "0bama" because they're petty morons with no ideas who can't even get their own stupid talking points straight.

You know. You.

Nice use of the scary tag stubby. I can see where dems would be scared of someone brave enough to propose actual solutions.

Apparently also brave enough to make seniors actually vote Dem. Obama's campaign right now (and probably his Super PACs as well) are more than likely preparing some extremely scary commercial spots regarding medicare vs the voucher program.

And you know, that appears to be the only thing they have. Scare grandma. But I think in the end, it's not going to work. My mother. For instance has votedmdem her entire life. She voted for Obama and can't wait to vote him out.

Oh no, they're got plenty to use. It just so happens that "scare grandma" happens to be one of the most effective and simple tactics they have to put a dent in what is traditionally a big demographic to the GOP.

You should know by now that overall the US election process isn't settled by complex policy debate. If it were, the modern GOP wouldn't even exist. Elections are settled by how people feel in their gut. Look at what happened to the Dems with Kerry. Now... look at what's going to happen to the GOP with Romney and Ryan.

When the solution is to happily watch the elderly and infirm get thrown into the streets and die, yeah.

All Obama has is a really weird political cartoon of him giving an... interview, I guess.... at a landfill? One that uses his campaign slogan from 4 years ago as a punchline and yet seems to have been written recently because it's copyright 2012 and mentions Paul Ryan?

Yeah... if all he's got is that... it's clearly more than the right wing cartoonists have, that's sad all around.

Why? If you're a reality-denier, what difference would the debates make? Ryan already won! Romney is the President! Everyone's a billionaire already! GOP economics works!

Ryan will win every debate he enters if his opponent's response isn't shown... what did Obama say in reply?

Over what? A political cartoon with no apparent point from a no-name artist on Blogspot and a Youtube video by "GooberTheUncouth" that lets Ryan ramble for 6 minutes before cutting off just as Obama starts to respond?

Yea, you're on the up and up and you totally seem like somebody interested in debate.

Vegan Meat Popsicle: Their plans are just not sustainable. Like you said, at some point there is going to be a backlash when people realize they've been had. It's like history just never happened with these people. I can't even begin to fathom how stubbornly republicans must refuse to acknowledge reality to think any of this is a) a good idea and b) going to end in anything other than catastrophe fro them.

I work in the mining industry and have some very, very "conservative" co-workers.

One thing that MSHA (mining equivalent of OSHA) has alway done for free was mine rescue training. You could get a guy out on occasion to do on-site training, they would show up at the various "contests" (field exercises between different companies teams) to run/judge them, etc. Due to budget cut backs, their available for this is WAY back.

Guess what party/person is blamed for this, for cutting a regulatory agency's training budget. Come on, guess.
