Considering the London attacks after it was announced that they got the Olympics, I'm not so sure about that. At least in London and Major Euro cities.

In the last 10 years, I believe that and the Madrid bombings has been the only terrorist bombings in the West. About 250 total deaths. Obviously tragic and sad, but hardly world-ending. In general, our attitude towards terrorism is not based on any rational cost-benefit analysis is all I'm saying.
