If I remember right, it came out in theaters in the mid 1990's, went to VHS a year later, then was re-released in 2004 as part of a DVD set.

A lot of guys ignore the laugh, and that's about standards. I mean, if you're gonna get into the Evil League of Evil, you have to have a memorable laugh. What, do you think Bad Horse didn't work on his whinny? His terrible death-whinny?

Yes!

And one more they missed:

Raul Julia as the psychotically funny head of state police Strausman in Moon Over Parador. Criminally underrated movie.

/play the part or I'll kill you.

Pretty sure Mask of the Phantasm, which hit theatres December 25th, 1993 would actually be a movie, and I'msure it contains at least one solid Hamill Joker laugh (when he's talking via the camera on Velestra's lap to Andrea)

And if straight-to-video counted as movies, there's always Batman Beyond: Return of The Joker

This just reinforces my opinion that Heath Ledger's character in the Nolan movies isn't the Joker. He's just some generic Die Hard villain with a makeup fetish.

Ledger's Joker is just a schoolyard bully who thinks pulling wings off flies and tying firecrackers to stray cats is high concept humor.

Hamill shows us the *real* Joker. He said, "I think Joker's a genius; he's just really misunderstood."

Listen to Joker laughing. Whatever's going on in his head, he think it's the funniest thing in the history of the world. And as far as he's concerned, "fark 'em if they can't take a joke."

Pawn takes the King: Nicholas Cage's grouped together was awesome.

As I was part-way through that I was thinking, "Oh man, you know it would be awesome....?" Sometimes dreams do come true!

And Gary Oldmans, Jokers, oh man I lost count. This video is full of Win.

Taking the time for Vizzini to keel over dead in the scene from The Princess Bride before cutting to the next scene? The lamp in Evil Dead 2? Priceless.

During the "big blackout" I was living in an apartment in downtown Detroit with my boyfriend. It was SO DARK and SO QUIET and he had pranked me the week before, so at 2 am when he thought I was asleep, I managed an excellent impression of the maniacal laugh in the Exorcist. My boyfriend was pissed off for a week! heh heh heh bwaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaa

It's missing Chevy Chase's laugh from "Modern Problems" after he snorts all that demon powder...
