What does the submitted tagline have to do with the story? I read the article and still do not see how it connects.

He got in a fight with his wife over a condom receipt? LOL

You can take the player out of Cincinnati... but you can't take the Cincinnati out of the player.

It makes the two main jokes he told in last week's "Hard Knocks" more sad than funny.

2012-08-12 12:01:50 AM
He says they butted heads accidentally while pulling in the driveway.

This is actually entirely plausible, given the drainage/swale requirements in south Florida. If there were nose-to-nose muthafarkin' each other and, being kinda stressed, he whipped it into the driveway kinda fast, it could easily happen.

I'm not making ANY bets on how likely it is, I'm just pointing this out. Lets wait till all the story comes out before we condemn the guy, eh?

Ochocinco, I am disappoint.

No, really, he's been a favorite of mine for NOT pulling stupid shiat like this and for showboating in a highly amusing way.

Just goddamnit.

Well, it was last weekend, but yeah, that is what I meant. He also had that scene where he crashed the coach's meeting because he wasn't allowed home.

Poor guy, he has built a box around himself he cannot seem to get out of. Such a good player too.

I smell bulls**t. This woman's job is starring on a reality show about being a gold-digger. She would light herself on fire if she got enough money/attention for it.

I hated hearing about this. Usually i get a little shadenfruede when an NFL player gets arrested for doing something stupid. This just makes me sad.

Ah the League, awesome awesome show. This also reminds me, my wife handled our fantasy draft today (she wanted to be involved). We ended up,with both Mannings and Rapelisberger.

A lot of receivers have trouble running routes to Brady's satisfaction

(This year he should have a full set of guys who can, and it ought to be a thing of beauty if the O-line doesn't fall apart with light, waters, vollmer and mankins all gone or hurt right now)

If the coach got on him for swearing, this could wrap things up for him in Miami.

he looked a little wobbly in that first pre-season game but he still has a few weeks to get the old arm strength back and I'll never doubt his ability to read a defense

Geez, between Garrard and this, Liev Schreiber should just move into a side office at HBO to re-record narration at a moment's notice.

I'm glad most people are as disappoint as me about this. He was the most awesome character who's squeaky clean. Chad, you were the everyman's hero of nonsense!

That condom thing is something women really get sensitive about. Had a boss years ago, a real a-hole, set up his predecessor to be fired, harassed the girls on my helpdesk constantly and lied constantly about everything. But he was good with the higher ups, played golf with them and told racist jokes and always got away with whatever he wanted to do. Everybody at or below his level despised him. The tops off a condom wrapper in the pocket of an unattended suitcoat for a month or so did the trick - he was completely deflated when his wife filed for divorce and was gone before the year ended.

Are you saying you framed a guy for cheating on his wife, which resulted in a divorce?

Hopefully Chad had/has a very good pre-nup. At this point I'm withholding judgement on him/what happened until/if any more information comes out. I know that it's hard to believe that a gold digging, reality tv 'star' that he met on Twitter might have an ulterior motive but there is that to consider too.

/good job subby, not sure if it's HOY material but still quite good

If he didn't update his facebook status or tweet about it as it happened, it probably didn't happen.

Chad may be the guy Antoine Walker could have given advice to. If I happened he's so in the wrong but this woman is not to be messed with. Leave. Now.

/. Just don't come back to the Pats. I really wanted you to succeed but I'm a ok with Loyd.
