Crushed ice can be pretty awesome. The crushed ice that Sonic drive-in chain of restaurants use is pretty awesome. Coupled with their cups the damn ice lasts a looooong time even in heat.

I remember 20 years ago, my sister said that she preferred ice to water because water wasn't crunchy.

But despite Gorrie's good intentions, it was a man named Frederic Tudor from Boston, whose determination as a businessman crowned him the "Ice King." Tudor is given credit for "changing the way the world's population consumed beverages."

I happened to see Frederic Tudor's gravestone the other day and I must confess I was underwhelmed. If I had been known as the "Ice King," I'd have an awesome marble monument carved to look like icicles and snow and icebergs, instead of some dumpy little headstone like everybody else's.

My mother in law is a very nice person, but chews ice. Should I kill her?

I thought chewing ice meant you were sex starved... Don't remember where I read or heard that.

It's a favorite treat for my Dog. He gets about 4 cubes an evening.
