I've had good luck with ICP. Nothing gets a juggalette in the mood like listening to "I be farking" while in the bed of an el Camino.

"Walrus of Love" Barry White
Hah I've never heard him called that before, and it is a disturbing mental image.

The picture of the abandoned chicks in the desert was kinda depressing.

Ah yes... the sweet scents of Faygo Red Pop, grease paint, and dirt weed. That takes me back. The trailer park looked so romantic in the moonlight, and the faint sound of Mexicans arguing was a sweet serenade. I still remember her slow smile, and the innocent twinkle in her eye before she leaned in and said "Hurry the fark up, my shift at White Castle starts in an hour."

So as I was reading, I pictured you in New Mexico/Texas panhandle-area. Then the White Castle sentence slapped me into some depressing urban industrial jungle.

Two names that are totally misleading. White is black, and Gaye is straight.

Go figure.

I'd strongly recommend adding Teddy Pendegrass and Freddie Jackson tunes to the rotation for accelerated results...

"Doc, I can't stop singing the green green grass of home."
"That sounds like Tom Jones syndrome. "
"Is it common? "
"It's not unusual."

I always choose my music, films and books based on what gets some airhead in the mood.

If you listen to Arto you'll be musical genius and a 80 year old virgin

I prefer Anita Baker... would switch the dial away from B.White or M.Gaye.

/Come In Closer?... not with those distracting lyrics

Portishead is perfect mood music.

I dunno about that, whenever I strain my voice I tell my girlfriend I should like Barry White, and it somehow completely fails to put her in the mood.

Also, I really don't recommend Dueling Banjos for gettin'-it-on music.

Fiona Apple

Slow Like Honey is a particular favorite

With me Paul Rodgers is my go to guy, he has the title "The Voice" for a very good reason. He could get me in the mood singing Mary Had A Little Lamb.

Sexy as hell voice, the man can sing a love song!

And he looks good and hot still, nice when the hot ones don't go to seed in their thirties.

The hubs knows that if I put my P. R. playlist on there will be happy endings all around!

But that's just me. Can't speak for any other ladies.

If you can't get laid playing some Barry or Marvin you couldn't get laid in a women's prison with a stack of pardons
