Don't forget Muslims. Oh, I'm sorry, maybe that's only good for when the NYPD crosses state lines and goes hunting for them in other jurisdictions.

You are fined one credit for a violation of the Verbal Morality Statute.

Bad language, chocolate, gasoline, un-educational toys, and anything spicy. Abortion is also illegal, but then again so is pregnancy...if you don't have a license.

Dooooood, does this mean the NYPD will be surfing around looking at all the cameras like they do on NCIS?

I saw a thing a while ago on current tv... Some people were doing interviews about the stop and frisk thing. While one guy was speaking at least ten children were behind him throwing obvious gang signs and laughing.

So I'm okay with this. Sorry new York. Try not being criminals and maybe mommy and daddy will let you play unsupervised. Law abiding citizens have nothing to hide.

The circle of life for nations.

.Democracies are very vulnerable to stupid decisionmaking.
..People in power always try to stay in power - in a democracy that means re-election.
...To get re-elected, you need the most votes - not the votes of the smartest people.
....Getting the most votes means that you need to motivate people to vote for you.
.....The people most susceptible to manipulation are the stupid ones.
......Stupid people can almost only be motivated by basic feelings (greed, fear, hope, sex).
.......When people can get elected and re-elected based on properties not relevant for running countries, then a downwards spiral begins
........The irrelevant properties become celebrated, and the general population is gradually losing common sense.
..........When the nation then gets into one little fight and my mom got scared
............And said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-air"

Until we begin a program where only qualified responsible people are allowed the privilege of creating and raising children we will continue to exist as a country filled with scum, addicts, murderers and rapists. No baby should be born to hardcore addictive drug addict parents, alcoholics, recidivists, abusers - the list goes on and on. Cruel as it may sound the taxpayers cannot bear the brunt of paying for those who require life-long assistance. Most parents are barely equipped to raise and handle a perfectly healthy baby. Having to care for someone who cannot do for themself requires more resources than most families ever have.
BobDeluxe is right. We need to pass exams and pay license fees to drive a motor vehicles on public thoroughfares, to cut someones hair, even to sell real estate. Meanwhile every and any moran with working sexy bits can reproduce. Are you happy when you read about some 23 year old guy who has 9 children with 6 different women? Knowing he's not supporting a single one of them, neither am I. Unwanted children being ignored, pimped out or beaten to death will continue every day until people vote for change.

While I have some sympathy for this argument, I have seen too many movies to believe this will end well.

Also, the capitalist overlords are dependent on the availability of youths and would never support this.

No 20 OZ soda and look at you saying this is a good thing, you point out the minor pros but seeing the big picture escape you makes me fear for my safety from people just like you when and or if the day comes when big brother is actually watching us all.

No, we take more of the Soviet thermonuclear tactic. What we lack in accuracy we more than make up for in volume of firepower.

I agree with your figures. However, where there is crime prone areas, the crime if very bad, frequent, and out of control. Obviously with a population that high the good will outweigh the bad. But that doesn't mean the bad doesn't exist. I'm not saying this method is the best to fight crime, but it works a hell of a lot better than doing nothing. It seems that it's only for identifying criminals after a crime was committed.

Cough...
The New York Times, the worldwide news agency Agence France-Presse (AFP), Wired Magazine, the New York City Council had all previously reported the location of the supposedly super secret counter terrorism center on their public web sites: 55 Broadway in the bowels of the financial district. What was a secret about the operation, and not reported by 60 Minutes to its viewers, despite being well aware of the facts, is that the center is jointly staffed and operated by the NYPD along with the largest Wall Street firms - the same firms under investigation in 50 states for mortgage and foreclosure fraud and widely credited with causing the Nation's economic collapse. The facility is designed with three long rows of computer workstations. The outside of each cubicle bears a brass plaque with the names of the occupants: Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JPMorganChase, etc. Photos from inside the facility

Hmm.

This week..... Has the third (?) largest personal army in the world supplied with assault weapons that are "only good for killing lots of people really fast", 24/7 armed guards on his castle as well as his personal troop of round the clock body guards and he wants the police to go on strike until everybody gives up their rights. Who do you think is most likely to cancel elections and declare himself king?
