And rightfully so. Clinton raised taxes.

2012-08-08 02:48:23 PM
Thanks Newt, I had recently forgotten that Romney is only the SECOND biggest piece of human garbage on the planet.

2012-08-08 02:52:58 PM
And if memory serves, Clinton was the anti-Christ from 1992-1999.
Making Obama the anti-anti-Christ.
So.....Christ?

2012-08-08 02:54:00 PM
Does that mean Obama hasn't gotten a blow job in the oval office?

Sure he has. Just wasn't with an intern.

...and Newtie wrote the book on being anti-Clinton.

2012-08-08 02:59:23 PM
Let's see...do I believe BIll Clinton or someone named after a small reptile?

Stangely enough, I believe I'll go with Mr. Clinton.

2012-08-08 02:59:39 PM
Wtf am I reading?

2012-08-08 03:04:04 PM

urbangirl: Stangely enough, I believe I'll go with Mr. Clinton.

Why does it have to come to that? Isn't the public record good enough?

2012-08-08 03:05:55 PM
Wait... wouldn't the anti-Clinton be just what the GOP wants?

/DRTFA

2012-08-08 03:06:35 PM
Yes, because now Clinton is to be held up in reverence by Republicans who wasted millions and millions of dollars trying to remove him from office.

Also, I believe that Clinton was the libbiest lib to have ever libbed before Gore/Kerry/Obama...etc etc etc.

2012-08-08 03:06:48 PM
So . . . now Clinton is good according to Republicans?

Gingrich is starting to sound like Charles "Up is down, Black is White, Night is Day, and I have lots of things to say" Manson. Maybe he should carve a swastika into his forehead and call his wife Squeaky.

2012-08-08 03:08:00 PM
It's just a shame we can't ask Clinton whether he agrees.

You managed to malign both amphibians *and* reptiles all in one. Bravo!

Hahaha, I guess Newt isn't really over his loss.

"Romney is much more like Bill Clinton than Obama!"

Thanks, Newt. Great assist.

2012-08-08 03:10:18 PM
Clinton actually had a very centrist presidency.

So has Obama, so far.

2012-08-08 03:12:22 PM
Misread the headline, thought it said anti Christ not anti-Christ.

From what I can tell from their politics, Republicans are anti Christ, but think Obama is the anti-Christ.

Also, don't they hate President Clinton? He did get caught cheating with a female intern. So, not Republican.

2012-08-08 03:13:13 PM
Gingrich is saying Obama is the "Anti-Clinton"? Isn't that an endorsement coming from him? I mean he spent alot of time in the 90s trying to tear down Bill.

2012-08-08 03:14:12 PM
So he's a devoted husband who never passed a gun control law and actually got bin Laden?

We know.

2012-08-08 03:14:56 PM

make me some tea: Clinton actually had a very centrist presidency.

So has Obama, so far.

Because that's where our leadership needs to be. Stray too far to the right or even the left and things get out of whack.

2012-08-08 03:16:45 PM
I thought Republicans were blaming 9/11 and the entire Bush economic collapse on Bill Clinton?

Are you trying to tell me Republicans change what they believe based on partisan agendas instead of facts?

OMG the level of cognitive dissonance has reached new levels. The GOP HATED Clinton. Wouldn't being the opposite of him be good. Then again the Tea Party would hate the real Ronald Reagan....

And Bush was a liberal, however they agree with all of his policies and they keep saying he was much better than Obama.

Republicans have no ability for cognitive dissonance. If you don' know this you haven't been on fark long enough.

2012-08-08 03:28:37 PM
I can't believe the Grinch used the word "radical" to describe Obama's methods. That's Milhouse's word! That's his word that he says!

2012-08-08 03:42:16 PM
which he at one point on the conference call dubbed the "Clinton-Gingrich welfare plan,"

This guy's ego is so large it bends the very fabric of space-time.

2012-08-08 03:42:28 PM
And the GOP has been upgraded to anti-American.

There go you libs again, with the messiah talk. I swear to Reagan, I can't take it anymore!

Fascists love it when they have a population that has no qualms with re-writing history and disregarding facts in order to justify their indoctrinated beliefs.

It's Doubleplusgood

2012-08-08 03:57:24 PM

The more I see the Republican party and how much support it has, the more I am convinced that the sociopathic fraction of society is far greater than I had believed.

Hmmmm, need more data, but :

http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/pathological-relationships/20100 8/ 60-million-people-in-the-us-negatively-affected-someone-elses
From the Article :

304 million people live in the U.S.

One in 25 people will have the disorders associated with 'no conscience' which include antisocial personality disorder, sociopath, and psychopath.

304 million divided by 25 = 12.16 million have no conscience.

That's a lot of people without conscience. The republican party would draw more people without conscience, given its near total (these days) lack of compassion.

Proof positive that Obama is not the anti-Clinton:

They met and didn't cancel each other out.

There is a Lloyd Bentsen type line in this but I just can't come up with it.

I can't wait until they start writing Clinton(R). They don't really want you to think about why (or when) we went from an upward trajectory into a downward spiral.

To be fair, Clinton supported NAFTA and repeal of Glass-Stegall.

I have trouble understanding that. A lot.

Retroactively, Romney is totally gay for Clinton.

I'm old enough to remember that. Rush Limbaugh basically built his entire empire on daily hours-long rants about the evil and horror that was the Clinton White House.

Also, submitter fail (as usual) - as far as I can tell, it wasn't the "Republicans" but Newt "Human Filth" GIngrich who made this deathless pronouncement.

//And no, I don't characterize Gingrich that way from any partisan point of view, simply evaluating him as a human being, former public servant, and politician.

Let's see. Pretty much the first thing that comes to mind is:

"Reptilian-named failed Presidential candidate and human being praises hated former President because he hates current President more"

/Not shorter but juicier

//And triply Presidential!

In the 90s we regularly was told how Clinton was the antichrist and out to destroy America, so instead vote Republican.

So wouldn't that make Obama a good guy to them now?

I gotten so confused recently trying to keep up with the twisted logic they use.
