1) Never talk to the police without your parent or lawyer present
2) Don't stick your dick in crazy
3) Never post private stuff on Facebook that you would not do/say in front of your mother

At the same time, letting someone TAKE personal pictures of you like that is a pretty boneheaded move as well. It ain't like the old days where you snap a couple of Polaroids that were the only copies so if they get destroyed, they're gone forever. Digital is easily preserved with a simple mouse click and save to an encrypted or hidden folder or upload to an online data storage place. Even if you take the pics with a phone camera, send them to yourself in an email real quick.

Somewhere I have a full frontal pic of one of my ex's. I kept it just in case she got weird on me and started making trouble, thinking the threat of releasing it would get her to back down. Never had to use it, luckily.

Good parenting. My Dad gave me the same rules... except for number three... being raised in the dark-ages before the interweb.

His #3 was: Try not to fight. If you think it's unavoidable, punch the other guy as hard as you can in the neck while he's not expecting it. Then run.
