You're already an idiot, but let me just twist the knife: Moosic, PA, where the victim was from, is in Lackawanna County. Outside of Philadelphia County in PA, Lackawanna had the highest percentage of votes for Obama in the last election, with close to 65%.

Enjoying stewing in your dumbness.

At Kansas Speedway 3 years ago, a massive thunderstorm interrupted the race and fans were advised to take cover under the grandstand. However, many people (hundreds) were just walking out to the parking lot. The rain was heavy and lightning was striking every few seconds. Then the tornado sirens start blaring, and everyone started moving a little bit faster.

Just an FYI...I HATE LIGHTNING!

We waited until it had been about 10 minutes since the last lightning strike, and we did not see a tornado, so we started jogging into the parking lot towards my truck. About 50 paces into the parking lot, lightning struck VERY close to us. I could literally hear the air sizzling and crackling around us. All we seen was a bright white flash and an instant and VERY loud crack of thunder. No one was hurt, but it scared the SHIAT out of me.

We finally made it to the truck and headed home (we live 20 minutes from the track). Just 1 mile down the road we see several news vehicles on the side of the road and parked on an overpass with cameras on tripods filming in the direction of the track. I hear on the radio that there was a tornado within 5 miles of the track.

Every trip to the track is a memorable experience for my Son and I...some more than others.

CSB: A few years back lightning hit the high-point of my house. That point just so happened to be the wall which my bed is against. I've never jumped so far so fast in my life.

I find it weird that ESPN, a sports world news service, reported on something that isn't related to a sport in any capacity.
