Indirect free kick for goalie holding the ball more than 6 seconds. You can also get an indirect free kick for a backpass in the penalty box - it has to be a direct free kick in the penalty box for it to switch to a penalty, not an indirect one (which can lead to really silly indirect free kicks six inches from the goal with some back passes).

The defensive player made no attempt to play the ball with their hand/arm, or have their hand/arm in an unnatural position, so therefore that is not a foul according to the letter of the law, although often as long as their is enough distance between the shooter and the defender it gets given on the principle the defender should have time to move and stop the ball with another part of their body. So the penalty isn't clear cut.
