Call me a Luddite but I prefer the tried and true method of taking a dump in the boss' desk drawer. He only knows for sure it's not the person from accounting with the peanut allergy.

i think the site could do well, but only if users can trust the site to keep their identity secret. its all about trust. who wouldn't want to tell their boss something that would be risky in person or if they knew who sent the email.

if the boss comes in and drops a giant turd on your desk, then he probably found out who sent the email.
