I liked the tidbit about the author at the bottom, totally nothing to do with the article.

Karma is no mystery; it's literal translation is something like "cause and effect". However, it's frequently misused in the West. Killing a baby does not get you impaled. If he had been caught by the police or killed by the baby's mother... that would be karma.

FTA: According to police reports, this poor, poor child, who should have never been subject to this unimaginable horrific abuse, suffered from multiple rib fractures, tearing of abdominal membranes, and a skull fracture.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Yeah. Sorry, lady, but your blog sucks. You're a terrible writer, and your sense of style leaves much to be desired.

Anyone ever see that pic of that drug dealer the cops were chasing and he jumped off an overpass and fell onto an iron gate and it tore his head from his body? I can't remember where I saw it or if was even real, but it sure was brutal!

FTA: So, now we have Mendoza in jail, and Osuna dead. Poetic justice served? I'm not so sure. Because even if Osuna was guilty, neither his death -- or Mendoza's jail sentence -- will be able to bring little Juan Felix back.

Yeah, so, giving the offender a hug and a quick butt-squeeze wouldn't bring the boy back either. No response will bring the boy back. I've always been puzzled by the whole, "Yeah you can punish the offender, but it won't bring the victim back." Has anyone ever actually thought that any action in response to a crime is going to bring the victim back?

At least we can be assured of one thing - Osuna won't be hurting anyone else again. And that's a good thing.

It's a blog, you hopelessly ignorant farktard. It's not journalism.

It's not in any way related to a newspaper.

It depresses me that people are so stupid that they can't tell the difference between "CafeMom" and the Los Angeles Times. But these are the same people who don't understand the cognitive dissonance of, "We don't need newspapers! I get my news online!"

Yes it's obvious that it depresses you, you seem very depressed (and angry).

Well, enlightened one, thank you for correcting me. I should have said "third rate blogger" rather than "third rate pretend-journalist." Whatever the source, terrible writing is terrible writing.

It was obviously not a real "news" article. That much I knew.

Um, no offense, but the idea of karma affecting you in the same lifetime is, and has always been, just a joke.
