Nah, this screams fake.

They don't take chances with this sort of thing over there. One farking cop on the street? Where's the barricades? Where are the EOD guys? Why are these people barely a hundred feet away? Shrapnel from an ordinary bomb that size could kill everyone for more than a hundred yards, much less a hundred feet.

Fake. Allowing spectators that close to it and the fact that the colors are so vivid and get so much coverage....the paint would have become more of a mist instead of looking like someone poured it on everything.

Yeah, I'm going with fake on this one too. Notice how the camera conveniently pans to the ground JUST as the paint goes off? Also, exploding spray paint cans don't leave blobs like that.
