this thread should be good and she is hardly plus sized. looks damn good but as I am only 5'9" (in shoes) I don't stand a chance.

I'm talkin to a chick that's 6"0 barefoot. We're the exact same height. Amazing body. The legs. My god, the legs....smokin! So much better than a 5"0 stick with legs.

I don't know where I'm going with this, but I just typed my way into a boner.

I gotta go.

FTFY

Fark that, 16 even on a short gal is still just really curvy. It's when you get into the size 24 and above that you become a whale. I'm fairly active, about a 20 and would like to lose weight, but i enjoy cooking good food.

It's not the size, it's the proportion.

Size 16 doesn't look so bad on 6'2". Try that on someone 5'0". Pretty big difference.

That's a good sturdy women right there. She would be a perfect mate, have us about 15 kids and could help me raise a barn.

Plus in my co-ed softball league, people would have to respect her power and not move up to the edge of the infield like they do with my normal sized wife.

Wow. Cultural expectations have REALLY shifted if a 16 on a short gal isn't considered obese anymore. That's a 45" hip.

spentmiles: I'm glad I'm not in the modelling agency business anymore. Once these Lane Bryant shoppers caught wind of this "plus-sized girls can do it to" craze, my offices in both London and New York were flooded with women more suited to selling leather body suits to cattle than lingerie. I know that sounds fatist, but the keyword of the last sentence is flooded. The tall, skinny, beautiful women that you see on the covers of magazines aren't common. That's the entire point - they are uncommon. When you see them in person, or on the cover of a trade magazine, or on television, it's their uniqueness that catches your eye. These plodding jumbos would only stand out if we opened an Ethiopian branch and sold five gallon buckets of Crisco to the natives.

Give me a bone skinny woman whose ribs are tearing through her chest. Give me a woman with one leg. Give me conjoined twins with eight pussies and a barking asshole. I can sell products with these women, but not with the mediocre fraus grazing between the Costco sample trays.

+1 for "plodding jumbos"

damn!.. She is the same "size" and looks pretty close to the same body shape as my wife. Except my wife is almost 1 foot shorter and has WAY bigger boobies.

Not sure which hottie (this one or my wife) makes me harder.

2012-08-02 11:55:42 AM
My ex-wife was just over 6' when we married (22), and towards 30 she grew to 6'2". Sizes 0-4 looked weird on her, skeletal - size 10 fit nicely.

^^^^ so very much this. She is hot, not fat, i don't care what size she wears, it's all in proportion.

Meh. It's this weird throwback to primitivism. I'm a lot taller than most people around me and that makes you feel 'big', even though I'm also incredibly skinny. Being larger or the same size as a mate just feels... wrong. As a girl, sometimes you just want to feel dainty. And the nephilim* promote that feeling.

A woman who is 6'2" is no more "normal size" than one who is 4'9"

But yeah, that aside, she certainly does seem to be of normal proportions, so "plus sized" is definitely a misnomer.

Yes. Exactly.

I spend most of my life feeling like a giant. I don't need to feel like that when I'm with my SO. Also, I have a strict rule about not banging anyone I outweigh. Cause I don't want waste time worrying about breaking anyone.

There was a 5'8 shortstop/3B on my team last year who had 4 of the 5 tools (by which I mean she could have won a starting spot on any team in that league) - speed, hitting for average, fielding and throwing. She couldn't hit for distance, but no one was moving to the edge of the infield to catch a liner in the face.

Teach your wife to swing.

// and...now back to the tall/curvy/enboobinated women

High Standards Man would say that she has just a tiny bit of extra flab in the tummy and thigh/hip area. Just a wee biatchunky there.

But of course, I would happily give her the most disappointing 90 seconds of her life.

It's chunky for sure, i'm not denying that. But its not in the realm of grossly disgusting to look at or gonna die of a heart attack in the next five years either. As far as cultural expectations go, a good many guys seem to find girls with this type of figure attractive and fun. Not so worried about making sure they don't get too many calories, not puking their guts out to avoid gaining weight. I'm not saying i advocate obesity, i don't, but the superskinny airbrushed biatches aren't an ideal body shape either

Incidentally, an Australian size 16 is a US size 12 (and a UK size 14).

Because women's clothing sizes make no farking sense, that's why.

I'm torn. In half the photos, she looks fantastic. In others, it looks like she's got a straight line between her hips and shoulders... no 'hourglass' happening at all.

She's definitely hot and I love love love 'em tall but both she (and I) need to shave a good 10-20 pounds off.

I'd wear heels regardless. I'm used to being taller than most women and a decent portion of men so being taller never really bothers me. Current manfriend is an inch taller than me and refers to me as being of a "convenient height" since there's no bending required to kiss me.

But it IS definitely still well into the range of "plus sized" which is what the debate here is. I don't think there's any realistic height at which a 16 isn't plus sized, though I'm definitely not going to argue that it can still be smoking hot.

I think it's this weird idea that plus sized always equals bad and that rather than embracing that she's farking smoking hot at the size she is, she's worried about the label on her hotness. I mean, that's like a lingerie model being upset because she's not being called a high fashion model, even though she isn't the right body type for that. Or vice versa. Considering that, at size 16, she can't fit into the clothes at most mainstream stores, her niche is plus sized modeling. That's just the name of her job.

2012-08-02 12:16:10 PM
You had me at 6 ft, 2 in.
And, at a size 16, she looks proportionately scaled-up, as opposed to some that are just tall, and look like someone took a normal person, and just stretched them upwards.
And, yes, I do dig me some tall chicks.
