You own a dog (like a woman). You don't need consent.

I can destroy my property without breaking the law. Why can't I use my property to fight another person's property?

Because dogs aren't humans.

No. For example, you'll get arrested for arson if you burn your own house down, even if you don't have homeowner's insurance.

No.

You own your house, but if you burn it down it is a crime. You own your dog, but you can't shoot it in the head when you get sick of it pooping on the rug. So no, you can't force your dog to fight because there are laws against that too.

So right out the gate your analogy is bad, and you should feel bad for attempting it.

That makes sense. If you live anywhere near a forest (or another house) you stand to start a damned wildfire.

Hmm. Rep. King... sounds familiar.

Wait! Isn't he the supporter of terrorism? You know, the guy who actually held fundraisers for terrorists?

Humans can consent to beating the shiat out of one another. Dogs cannot. That's why, you malevolent little shiathead.

KING: When the legislation that passed in the farm bill that says that it's a federal crime to watch animals fight or to induce someone else to watch an animal fight but it's not a federal crime to induce somebody to watch people fighting, there's something wrong with the priorities of people that think like that.

What did I just...I don't even...

Can anyone translate this? I lost my English/Derp dictionary.

What does it mean to induce somebody to watch people fighting?

I was going to make a joke in another thread that with their nonexistent grasp on the concept of "Consent," deep down inside, most TeaPublicans must be rapists and murderers - but it's true, isn't it?

The far right is a fearful lot, because they know they are barely suppressing their criminal, animal side, and they assume everyone else is too.
