Diarmuid = Deer mut
Fionnoula = Fin ola
Saoirse = Seer shu
Oisin = Uh sheen

This makes me really sad, I love her novels. So romancy, yet written well so your brain doesn't turn to mush. Also, Siobhan = Shavawn, per my Scottish friends.

She was an actual person? I always thought she was like Rosamund Pilcher or V.C Andrews, a dead author whose name was being strip-mined for royalties by her publisher and/or heirs.
