I just worry about him biting his tongue off. All the action pictures I see he's acting like Michael Jordan

Forced to sing in front of the veteran players? Goodness, those NFL players and their wacky hijinks.

At the rate that the Skins are losing O-Linemen, a group that was not great last year, the over/under on games played before season ending injury has to be 4.5 right now.

QBs who go on to make the playoffs do not say things like this during training camp.

Were the Redskins a big playoff threat before he said this?

Like what? Like that he trusts that his coach and offensive linemen are going to protect him so he can concentrate on doing his job?

Speaking of RG3 -- if there are any Redskin fans here, would you trade RG3 straight up for Matt Stafford or Cam Newton? Just curious about how crazy fans can be.

Playing for the Washington Redskins is the cruelest form of hazing any NFL rookie should have to endure.

I'm a Redskins fan (probably qualify as a crazy one since I ALWAYS expect at least a 8-8 record).

I would take that straight-up trade (either one) without a second thought. Both Stafford and Newton have proven they can play in the NFL. Newton had a much worse supporting cast in Carolina last year, and Matt Stafford has surely proven himself by now.

/If you throw in Megatron with Stafford we'll give up Fred Davis too!

The Skins suffer from being the Blue Jays to the Eagles and Cowboys Yankees and Red Sox. That is to say that, no, there are no expectations of anything.

You can't sack what you can't catch RGIII has done the 40 in 4.35 Usi's best in 2003 when he was a younger man was 4.6, Pierre paul's combine was a 4.7 and even Demarcus Ware's is a 4.5

If that was the case no one would have ever tackled Bo Jackson

I'm not even a Skins fan and I might not do that. Griffin is a freak of freaks and I'd want to see what he can do.

Not a Redskins fan but I like RG3 over Cam "poutier than a pregnant snookie" Newton and Matt "When He's Healthy" Stafford.

Yeah, a lot more does go into it. A very fast guy who has no idea you're there is toast. If you can just completely blow the pocket up at the snap, you may be able to make it so that said very fast guy has nowhere he can run that won't be toward a defensive player. Speed is certainly helpful, but it's never a 100% insurance policy against having your ass kicked, especially if the line you play behind isn't very good.

Michael Vick would beg to differ.

I would beg to differ. Coming out of college that kind of attitude is what I was expecting from Newton. But he was a first class pro all year, played hard, played great, no drama.

So because your team doesn't have the best quarterback that ever quartered a back ever best ever omg he's so awesome best ever ... you shouldn't get excited?
