A woman can be 4 inches taller, gain or lose a couple inches of boobs, change her complexion, etc., by what she puts on. Of course you'd then notice the things that don't change, like her hands or knees or whatever. Guys' clothes don't dramatically change their dimensions, and they wear less makeup, but I doubt a guy could spot his own waist among 5 others with the same measurements.
