I'm kind of amused by it. This series of incidents may be the first time Mitt got called out for running his big mouth.

OF COURSE he did.

"In Jam?" What, is he a strawberry or sumptin'?

How the fark can you possibly be this bad at campaigning when you've been doing it since 2007?

GAT_00: How the fark can you possibly be this bad at campaigning when you've been doing it since 2007?

Maybe it's because no one actually took him serious enough to give a damn until now. If that isn't the explanation then I'm at a loss.

I'm still trying to figure out which part of the linked video indicates anything like what this headline says, because I'm not hearing it, though the WaPo caption does say just that.

And who the hell can tell from that video, it's Breitbarted to the extreme, couple of sentences here and there cut, another sentence, snip again, etc

Is Jerusalem still the capital of Israel?

How can the polls be so close when this guy is such a loser?

coco ebert: How can the polls be so close when this guy is such a loser?

The ones that matter aren't. The "national" polls are basically heavily favoring Republican sampling (see any poll by Rassmussen, ever) and that skews the polling average.

I give him two debates before he declares debates are socialist.

The GOP's nominee for President, ladies and gentlemen. Ain't he swell? This is the best they can do. What a lucky, lucky country we are. I can't wait for the next farktarded thing to come spiraling out of his mouth that he has to instantaneously say he didn't say, lest he inadvertently starts WWIII.

Almost makes me long for the halcyon days of Sarah Palin. Almost.

How does a Republican screw up a diplomatic trip to Israel? That's like a fat person screwing up a trip to the buffet.

RCP average has Obama up only by 1.6. The funny thing is, the polls that give Obama the most advantage in the race are the Fox News and WSJ polls. (+4 and +6)

The RCP polling average includes Rasmussen. I don't think Nate Silver's model does.

Didn't he hire Bachmann's coach for the debates?

They're going to be epic. . . . because you cannot "coach" intelligence. Obama has intelligence - and great comedic timing - in spades.

Meanwhile, Rmoney is trying to learn how to fake it. He should have learned from RON PAUL's coach. Whenever RON PAUL didn't know the answer, he would just yell angrily at the question.

I think the surprising thing here is that Bachmann had a debate coach.

2011-10-10 All Romney is saying, is give the neocons a chance (82)

2011-10-10 09:53:53 AM
TV Media: When you by in large fail to cover the neoconservative movement, they come back. Its not like moran Bush came up with the idea.
You failed to do this after Reagan booted them out. Their Israeli connection to Iran Contra was crucial, and that collossal fark up should have been the end of that bunch of retards.
Nope. Barely any exposure, and they come right back.
Bush I understood it, and called those guys crazies in the basement. Guess what, they whine that Bush I didn't overthrow Saddam, they get extremely mad, write to the Israelis that overthrowing Saddam is good strategic move. Clinton didn't want any part of it. However, He was facing the Lewinsky nonsense, elections and impeachment. It was a political loser for him to veto this congressional act. In October 1998, under intense lobbying pressure from the neocons, Congress passed, and President Clinton signed, the "Iraqi Liberation Act." Brownback summed up Clintons actions on it: "I cannot understand why President Clinton signed the Iraq Liberation Act when he had absolutely no intention of implementing the provisions of that law.....and yet not one official of this Administration has been willing to take even the most minimal step toward that end....nothing - NOTHING - has been spent.

The neocons suprised many and beat out Powell, and, again, implemented a totally farked foreign policy over Powell and over the oil companies.

Now, with limited coverage, this collection of assholes came back with McCains campaign. Stunning , considering how the screwed up neoconservative foreign policy was a major blemish on the GOP.

Back again? This is incredible, Considering the limited coverage of this movement and the general anger the US public has towards their policies, the media is performing a huge disservice on this topic.

At this point I have to think that Romney might be in the process of losing the Republican nomination. You have to wonder how many of the delegates at this point actually like what they're seeing.

Nate Silver has him up by 1.5% in the National (nowcast). So slightly worse than RCP.

Yeah, but look at that EV distribution. There's also this:

With that said, we are starting to see a bit of a gap between our Electoral College and popular vote forecasts based on the latest polling data this week - one which potentially favors President Obama.

In general, the polls from nonswing states this week, ranging from New Jersey to North Dakota, were mediocre for Mr. Obama. But his numbers held up better in swing states.

Swing state polls are starting to trend toward Obama.

That might be part of why there's only a total of 50,000 people that they plan on attending the convention. They got federal funds for security (yes, Mr. "fark you, Feds, Rick Scott), they're closing off streets so pedestrians can't even walk, people trying to rent out their apartments because the hotels will be full, turns out it's going to be about as big as a Guns n Roses concert in 1992. The republicans know they're going to skip this one out.

538 is all you need to look at. If Rasmussen started reporting 100% of all voters in the country would vote for Mitt, Nate would catch the bias and give them much less weight when factoring the national average.

Best part of this graph is that it's before Mitt's little trip to Merry Olde Englande...
