Doctor Funkenstein: Another thing that sucks monkey balls about Romney is that you can't really befart his name. Romfart...Fartney...Fartmitt...Rombongo...Willfart Mitler Rombooger. Fark you, Mitt Romney. I'm going to find a way to fart you one way or another.

On a side note, I think it would be really amusing to see the reaction of someone who is unfamiliar with Fark to come in here and see me vowing to fart Romney.

"Holy shait."

"What happened?"

"I think George Clinton just threatened to blow a huge fart on Governor Romney."

"Did he tweet that or something?"

"Nah. Some forum. Looks like he's part of a cult started by some drunkard from Kentucky. They seem to be like Scientologists but with cats."

What about "Rimjob-ney"? Or "Rimney"? It's not exactly fart-related, but either of those terms deal directly with an asshole . . .

But don't negate your ideas. "Fartney" has a nice ring to it. That could certainly work.

Seems like Bibi waves this around anytime anyone gets upset at him about the rapidly growing cost of living just so he can distract Israeli's from these problems.

Wasn't there a newstory recently about how they can't even get chicken feed in Iran right now and so have a shortage of chicken? That the people are getting fed up with the regime (or not fed chicken).

So it makes perfect sense to give them a very public cause to unite against an Israeli & US alliance that vocally talks about bombing them --- in bizaro world it does.

I wouldn't be surprised if he went overseas just so he could use the "foreign soil" excuse to evade any questions he doesn't like.

From what I gathered from the link, his point is that Obama propped up the Mubarak regime and that if he hadn't been president, Hosni would have peacefully and orderly resigned from power - making the Arab Spring unneccesary.

This is good for Obama.

The debates are coming.

Romney's 20% tax cut for everyone + another war = huge debt

Obama should beat Mitt over the head with this. Plus there is no way America is ready for another war.

Elect Romney = war and a sh*tty economy.

Zoophagous: there is no way America is ready for another war.

I disagree with this attitude that we need to be ready for a war. The warhawks have already proven with Iraq that if there are resources, then they're going to use it no matter what, even if they have to resort to lying and extortion.

We shouldn't be "ready" for a war. It should be used as the absolute last resort when every single possibility has tried, and even then, done with the mindset of being failures for having not prevented this last resort from being used. Not some simple three step process of 1)Conform to our demands, 2)Embargo, sabotage and slander while posturing, 3) Bomb the shiat out of everything.

Let's be very clear about what we're talking about here.

Israel has not conducted an air strike against Iran for a very simple reason--they've concluded that the Iranian have sufficiently dispersed, hidden and hardened their nuclear facilities so that an air strike would not be an effective means of ending Iran's nuclear program.

Everyone knows that the only thing an air strike accomplished is maybe, if we're lucky, maybe a slight delay.

Israel knows that the only way to end Iran's nuclear program is a full out attack and then rooting out and destroying Iran's nuclear facilities using ground forces.

Israel is also fully aware that Iran is 1000 miles away from Israel, and that Israel does not have any way of transporting significantly large ground forces 1000 miles.

Israel is fully aware that the only country with sufficient forces and means of transporting those forces is the United States. Israel's aim for the past decade or more has been to secure an attack by United States against Iran using the full weight of US army and marines forces.

Israel would prefer to have the United States simply declare an action against Iran without Israel acting militarily at all. They've had no luck with that, so instead are going with a regional conflict plan.

The only interest Israel has in an air strike is based on the belief that an air strike would cause a major regional conflict that would force United States involvement. The set up is this--Israel strikes Iran, Iran retaliates against Persian Gulf shipping, at which point the United States is forced to commit ground forces and stage a full attack.

That's why oil prices shoot up every time Israel tries pushing the US' war button--everyone involved in the oil markets knows that any Israeli attack would result in a shutdown of Persian Gulf oil shipments for an indeterminate amount of time, and could result in significantly limiting oil shipments from the Gulf area for years depending on the amount of destruction caused by a Gulf war.

A short-term hike in oil prices, of course, is no problem to Romney at all. He'd love a spike in gas prices that could be blamed on Obama.

I think the closest the Mormons have to the end times bullshiat ie Left Behind is the White Horse Prophecy Link

Which I again think means that a Mormon will save the country and then the country becomes Mormon,
