I bet right now, Rand Paul is pretty proud of endorsing Romney.

Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday welcomed Romney as "a representative of the United States".

No, no he's not.

Sure... I want a president that has openly sold out to a foreign government even before he's elected

Well, all of Israeli policy is wishful thinking, so it fits in well.

No, I'd say it transcends wishful thinking right into the realm of fantasy.

But surely if we just bomb a few more civilians all the Palestinians will love us!

Well, the price of oil will shoot up soon, just like it did when Republicans last started sabre rattling against Iran. Also a good setup for WWIII, the US and Israel against Iran, China and Russia.

He should have stuck with "all options are on the table" like that one Nobel Peace Prize winner.

To be fair, Obama probably does feel the same way. He's just not stupid enough to admit it publicly

Maybe. It would be a tremendous PITA for us, since we'd get sucked in somehow, or at least share any blame.

FIFY

Make no mistake, the entire Muslim world sees us as Israel West when it comes to foreign policy.

DeltaPunch: "In an interview with the right-wing Israeli daily newspaper Israel Hayom, Mitt Romney said that the Arab Spring might never have happened had Bush's "freedom agenda" not been prematurely halted by President Barack Obama."

The neocon "masterminds" of the Iraq War are all in Romney's campaign now, and they're clearly starting to control his message now.

It's almost as if not saying everything you think in a completely unguarded way is sort of a 'diplomatic skill'

This kind of shiat should make people drop their petty partisan bullshiat and be truly afraid of this guy getting elected.

i'm totally cool with air dropping Romney into Iran on the first wave of the attack. Get in there and give 'em hell Mitt! Glad to hear ya volunteered to lead the charge and go in with the troops.

wait...that IS what he meant, right?

Another thing that sucks monkey balls about Romney is that you can't really befart his name. Romfart...Fartney...Fartmitt...Rombongo...Willfart Mitler Rombooger. Fark you, Mitt Romney. I'm going to find a way to fart you one way or another.

On a side note, I think it would be really amusing to see the reaction of someone who is unfamiliar with Fark to come in here and see me vowing to fart Romney.

"Holy shait."

"What happened?"

"I think George Clinton just threatened to blow a huge fart on Governor Romney."

"Did he tweet that or something?"

"Nah. Some forum. Looks like he's part of a cult started by some drunkard from Kentucky. They seem to be like Scientologists but with cats."

Yes, Mitt....the one thing Americans want more of is dead American troops. We just love ourselves some dead American troops. Can't get enough of those red, white, and blue corpses. Keep pushing for more war, Mitt. It's not like we don't have other, more important things to worry about within our own borders.

Also, fark you to Netanyahu for both agreeing to meet with this piece of shiat, and for calling him a "representative of the United States." He doesn't represent me, and if enough people in this god-forsaken shiathole agree with me, he never will. Obama may not be perfect, but at least I'm not embarrassed to refer to him as our President, and when he goes overseas, I'm not worried about him humiliating us.

I always think of RMoney, or "Our Money." As in what Mitt spends when he thinks he should start a war anywhere. But it isn't just "Our Money," its our soldier's lives.

Every stinking rotten neocon traitor should be jailed, if I had one beef with Obama its that Feith, Krauthammer, Cheney, John "Torture memo" Woo and the rest of those unindicted criminals were never brought up on charges.

They are the most dangerous, unAmerican batch of criminals roaming the halls of power today.

Closing Guantanamo is comparable to starting a war? Are you serious?

Don't worry, I'm sure at some point he'll tell us what a failure Obama is for not closing Guantanamo.

This is what's bothering me the most about his international trip. He's getting full head-of-state treatment from Britain and Israel and he's not even officially a nominee at this point. It would be one thing if he was a sitting senator, but he in no way represents any American except himself at the moment. He should not be discussing policy with foreign leaders right now.

2012-07-29 03:12:38 PM
I think he needs to take his boys down to the recruiting station so that when the war starts he can support Israel with more than generic talking points.

Heh. That's awesome. Maybe Mitt is just daring the democrats to prosecute him on something. Then he can play the victim and get some extra votes.

If I were Obama I would already be on the phone with Netanyahu telling him, do it, and you do it alone.
And that 70 million dollar check hasn't cleared the bank just yet, so be warned.

Do the Mormons have the same sort of apocalyptic end times theology as the American fundamentalist Christians? Because if so we should start building fallout shelters now in case he gets elected.

Why do I get the feeling that The Fred Smeed Foundation would call Romney a hero for this, claiming that he was doing it in memory of the victims of the Aurora shooting?

couldn't he just have left it as "If you want to bomb Iran, we won't do anything at all"?
