Rest in peace.

I'll never refer to someone named Geoffrey as Jeffry. I will allways call them Gee-off-ery. In the event someone spells David as Dieghviddia,,, I might change my mind.

Only 68? Man, I always forget KAP was on later than I think. I always think it was an early 80s show but it ran from 1990-1995.

2012-07-29 01:17:49 AM
68 was much too young.

RIP Onslow.

Wow. I knew him as Onslow, but never saw him on Coronation Street.

What makes you think everyone over that age is an "old cripple in pain"?

Going by the thread, I'd say we have more "Keeping Up Appearances" watchers than "Coronation Street".

Sad to her this, Keeping Up Appearances has been on a perpetual re-run over here and it's still funny as hyacinth.

My favorite scene in the entire series had to be Onslow, lying there in bed, reading 'Principles of Condensed Matter Physics'.

Godspeed, Onslow, you will be missed. Whether on Coronation Street, Keeping Up Appearances, or even as an alien in the early Doctor Who, you always did a fine turn.

This comment always strikes me as odd.

Instead of taking the name, inserting into google and having your answer, you feel the need to show how much of a douchebag you are by typing "who?" and hitting the add comment button.

You are neither funny, nor original. You're sitting at the computer. On the internet. Use it. Stop being a tool.
