I wonder what those hands are doing Friday night after the bar closes?

He designed a Czech bus struggling with inebriation but it kept vomiting & passing-out on park benches.

I like it. I also like the cool water/gravity flow effect they did in the windows (though I think that could have been done a little better). Good art. :)

I'm not aware of what the term is for someone who looks down upon a people simply because they're from a particular country (xenophobic doesn't fit... racist doesn't fit...). Maybe bigoted? Either way, I think your statement is saying more about you than people from Czechoslovakia.

Oh man, you've got to put a Beetle or something under it while it pumps. It'd look like the bus was trying to leap frog over the car but not making it!

Both "subtly" and "subtlety" work, though the former would probably require "Czech artist's" rather than "Czech artist".

I rule for Mr. Tillmaster

his/her spell Czech would have been on the Fritz if Gerry had his way back in WWII. But since the Nazis were booted out, that spell Czech is most likely on the Vaclav or the Jiri.

Kind of... but wouldn't that require someone to dislike all countries equally since that pertains mostly to patriotism taken to the extreme (all countries and their people are inferior to my own) as opposed to disliking a specific country, but maybe being okay with others?

I think jingoistic is close, but maybe not exactly the right word for that.

About that:

AFP: Czech teens, Europe's heaviest underage drinkers

PRAGUE - Shaken awake by police on a park bench, a 12-year-old boy from Prague was so drunk he could neither walk nor talk -- grim evidence of an unparalleled alcohol scourge affecting underage Czechs.
...
Experts blame easy access, lax law enforcement and a tolerant attitude toward alcohol abuse in the beer-loving central European nation, which was second only to Moldova last year on the World Health Organisation's worldwide survey of adult alcohol intake.
...
"I first got really drunk at 16 -- but that age seems OK to me now. When we go to a disco these days, we see 12-year-old girls, makeup and all, lying under tables totally wasted," Matej, an 18-year-old studying in Prague who gave only his first name, told AFP.

Also, since I know a damn thing about the Czech Republic, I know it hasn't been "Czechoslovakia" since 1993.

At the end, he said it was 'ironic'. Silly, goofy, odd and ridiculous, but not ironic. If I see a vehicle with large arms sticking out of the sides, I will not be surprised to see it do push-ups. I have seen vehicles with arms. This is the first one I have seen do push-ups, but I saw one rip a smaller car apart. Why do people screw up the use of the word ironic?!

"It's meant for all fat Americans," jokes Cerny. "They can sort of exercise to get skinnier."
