Steve Tibaudo, who owns Steve's Furniture & Appliances in Detroit, testified today that Bashara, who bought appliances from him for years for his rental properties, approached him in June and asked him for help finding someone to kill Gentz.

It's great that you helped catch the bad guy and all, but Steve, why is it that this guy figured you were the person to ask about getting a guy whacked?

"Hmm... I need a hit man. Who can I ask for a referral? Ah, of course, Steve the appliance guy. He must know all kinds of murderers-for-hire."

It is the pattern of logic for this guy. Joe Gentz is not only the handyman that has done work at his Grosse Point residence, but also was putting a sex dungeon in Bashara's next residence he was planning to share with his girlfriend at the time. To top it off Gentz only has an IQ of 76. Bashara should've watched Four Brothers. Out of town shooters means the problem leaves town. In town shooters mean you get in town cop problems.

/I hope Bashara doesn't read this, I'll would have to avoid the cable guy for a while

Tibaudo tells Bashara that Gentz could perhaps be killed if glass is put in sugar or salt, and he ingests it. Tibaudo then suggests the possibility of poison.
