If you're ever in east Texas you'll probably see some Louisiana Blacks, they typically hit about waist high at the shoulder and the most violent they get is they might shove you aside if you're standing in the way of a tasty-looking trash can, so no one gets terribly irked by the critters. If anything, they're less trouble than raccoons.

Over the past several days there have been several stories on Fark about bears wandering up to retail establishments. Whether the bears in question were fabulous or not is unknown.
