Where is the episode when Jessie, Kelly and Lisa had that pillow fight while showering? Or was that just some adolescent dream I had once?

Same here.

I remember being upset that I was going to have to miss an "important" episode one Saturday morning because I had a soccer game at the same time.

I sound gay.

Just the idea that there could be a top ten of Saved by the Bell really makes me chuckle. I watched that a lot as a kid, but can only remember one bit, where one of the girls has broccoli in her teeth when talking to record producers or something. Oh yeah, and Screech. Can't forget Screech.

2012-07-24 11:34:59 AM
The only episode I liked was the one where Screech gave that girl a Dirty Sanchez.

The two "message" episodes I never seem to forget:
1) I'm so excited!, obviously
2) Oil is found on campus and there's a spill.

Regardless of how poorly the show may hold up over time, it was must-see TV for me back in the day. Even back to the "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" episodes. Even "The College Years" was alright for its short run.

Fark "The New Class", though. That was just pointless.

You people actually watched this crap? Ah hell I always thought it was some weird money losing tax write off for the studio. I mean how else could you explain a canned school sitcom so bad it made The Facts of LIfe look good?

Because out of all of them she had the best body back then, followed by Lisa then Kelly. Granted her character was a bit of a biatch, but then again all the female characters on that show were.

Look bub, when you spent many weekends out in the country without cable during the 80s-early 90s, you got all of 3-4 channels. And SBTB was one of the few shows on that came on after cartoons that was watchable before being shooed outside to play. Not to mention the girls on that show became some of my earliest pubescent fantasies.

Exactly. We didn't always have 150+ channels to surf through to find stuff to watch. Let alone channels dedicated to every age group. And not just Saturday mornings, but at various times reruns were on TV perfectly timed for right before heading out to get the bus, or right after I got home from school.

It also helps that being young means having lower standards for entertainment. Hell, I used to love watching Perfect Strangers. I watched an episode last year for the first time since the show was new and, oh dear God. That show does not hold up well.

Hell I used to watch He-Man, Transformers, M.A.S.K, and loved them. I decided to try and re-watch some of that stuff on Netflix just for the hell of it. Well, let's just say they haven't held up well and some of the cartoons back in the day were actually downright preachy with their lesson learned bit at the end of the episode.

That's what always cracks me up about people that see a Transfomers movie and expect it to be some farking masterpiece. The movies are all better than the cartoon was. (original Transformers series anyway...not sure about the later once such as Beast Wars)

Saved By The Bell was awesome. Eat a bag of dick, subby.

I watched it religiously. It was like I was part of the gang. Really living through their shenanigans. They were my friends.
And the things that happened on the show closely matched my pre-teen/teenage years. I was like a mix of Screech and Steve Urkel.
This show meant a lot to me.
