I think that corporations that want to be people, should pick one person to be the Corporate Person.

Yeah, corporate personhood is convenient legal packaging to prevent stakeholders' other properties from being seized due to employee malfeasance or corporate failure in the one property. It's not supposed to let corporate employees use other people's money to make political statements.

Can I arrest a corporation? I can arrest a person, why not a corporation? Does a corporation have free will or conscience? Does a corporation feel pain? Does it get hungry? What if the corporation gets homesick? Can a corporation get a speeding ticket? Who has power of attorney over the corporation in the event it is killed or comatose? What beneficial medications is it taking? Does it see a doctor? Has the corporation had it's vaccines against smallpox and polio? Can a corporation get a passport? Where is the corporation's birth certificate or social security card? Is the corporation an illegal immigrant? Was the corporation born in Kenya? Can a corporation marry another corporation? Can it propagate it's heritage? Can a corporation swim? Does the corporation fear for it's own safety? Does the corporation get disturbed when reminded of it's own mortality? What religion does a corporation follow? Does it like following conservatism? What skills does a corporation have to have in order to be accepted as a corporation?

Slightly off topic, but I've always thought that the first amendment should be repealed and replaced with four separate amendments which individually state the rights guaranteed by the current first amendment. Separate clauses for prohibition of state sanctioned religion, freedom of religious exercise, freedom of expression, and the right the to petition for redress of grievances.
