Is the Brady Bunch really obscure these days?

Best image from that episode that I could find in my half second GIS...hence the obscurity.

I haven't seen the episode since the 80's, but that UFO and the noise it made will always be instantly recognizable for some reason.

And yet, we can't even bet on the Olympics here in the US because it is amoral, I guess. We were looking to do it out in Vegas and found out it got banned (though Vegas didn't really care in the first place). I wish they'd allow the USA citizens to bet online through some of these online houses that take ridiculous bets.

The term UFO is too vague. What if this alien spaceship comes flying through? Everyone who placed the bet will think they won. But what if NASA tracks the ship to Mars, watches it land, discovers the Martian colony, and says "Hey, it's a Martian ship!"? That is no longer a UFO.

From the Department of It's Funny Because It's True: actually, yes, in England you can get odds on almost anything. As long as the bet can be clearly spelled out, you can probably find a bookie to quote you odds.

AFAIK the one thing you can't legally bet on in England is somebody's death.

Listen, you f*cking fringe, if I throw a dog a bone, I don't want to know if it tastes good or not. You stop me again whilst I'm walking, and I'll cut your f*cking Jacobs off.
