That's my point. Are we stepping over a line by advocating calling him side show Bob if he's really sick. Why not call him retard, or if he was black n*gger (I hate the f*cking word by the way). There's got to be a line drawn. IF he's sick, what he did was beyond his capacity. It's like blaming someone for having cancer or epilepsy...again I'm not condoning or excusing what he did. I don't think dehumanizing him makes this any better though.

I hate to destroy your ass-raping fantasy, but when this guy eventually goes to prison, he'll likely be in protective custody for the rest of his life. Much as you Farkers would like to think a guy like this will get the butt-raping you think he deserves...high--profile, high-risk targets go to medium-security prisons where they can be segregated from General Population.

Source: My friend the NV corrections officer, who has that ass-rape-deserving Jeremy Strohmeyer in his care, and who is never allowed to mingle with the other prisoners. I've no doubt that if this shooter is actually confined to a prison--instead of a state hospital to the criminally insane--he will be isolated forever. Which may be a worse punishment, really.

The District Attorney's affidavit says prosecutors are investigating first-degree murder charges against Holmes, but that disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation."
