I'm surprised this didn't happen in Florida again.

According to the report, the neighbor is placing mothballs under the fence into her parents' yard.
How else are you supposed to get rid of groundhogs?

The daughter also believes that the neighbor placed dog feces on her parents' driveway...
Random thoughtless neighbor walking his dog or just a plain old stray dog

...and sprayed an unknown substance on her tire.
Outdoor cat. I can haz kar.

/ Hmm, really is kind of stupid
// Give her some credit for not only not calling 911, but also going to the police station in person like a normal person.

My neighbor used mothballs in his garage attic thinking that it would drive out a nest of squirrels. Instead it made our house smell like an old woman's place (attached wall).

So the squirrels stayed there?

My grandfather used to stick mothballs in the ground to deter gophers/groundhogs. I don't recall it working very well.

Aside from not knowing how to use the term of "their" correctly I found the comment of you to be very much the amusing thing which has given to me the LAUGHTER OL.

2 ways you can always tell someone in Florida invaded from the New England area:

1) Their garage is full of so much shiat they can't get their car in there
2) Their house reeks of mothballs.

/the storage unit I rent bans moth balls from being used
//thank god otherwise anything that comes out of it would forever smell of them

"improper use of mothballs"

Well, I thought this was going to be an entirely different DHS-involvement sort of story. Where I'm from, neighborhood disputes often end with smoking craters when someone blows up the stump of what used to be a family tree.

Who will think of the moths that will never have children?
