It looked easy, but sealed to the back of that metal mother was a radar-activated stamping and seizing module.

Ultimately, the boy was released with no charges. Van Winkel noted that he was "just a kid who made some bad choices," and that criminal charges were not in his best interest.

This is one area where Canada is dramatically better than the US. Here, the kid would have spent the next several years in prison, at taxpayers' expense, and end up with no education, completely screwed for life, with no chance of getting a decent job because of his felony conviction.

There, he gets told not to do it again, and eventually straightens his act up and becomes a productive member of society.

The US "war on drugs" is a complete failure and we all suffer because of it.

It's ironic that conservatives approve of government intervention only when it's ruining lives.

What do you think, Joe, cartwheels?
No, sugarcubes. I'll bet you he's been dropping that acid we've been hearing about. All right son, you're under arrest. It's our duty to advise you of your constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent, and any statement you make may be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to the presence of an attorney. If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed before any questioning. Do you understand that?
There I am! I'm over there now! I'm not here anymore. My hair's green and I'm a tree!

LSD is usually LSD or one of its few potent isomers, because the carrier cannot typically handle the payload required for it to be something else.

Friend of my ex got chased by cops while he was tripping. Either thought he could fly or was motherf--king Spiderman and fell to his death off the top of the parking structure the cops chased him up. I'm sure it was worth it. Not like the cops could have waited for him to come down of his own accord or anything.

For the record the ex who had dropped with his friend before that is a productive member of society now.

Seriously, I've never heard of anything like that. All of the accounts I've read were non-violent.

Here's something fun to do on acid: Find a kitchen sink that lacks an aerator nozzle, prob. because some pothead filched the screen yesteryear, and reflect the water from the tap with a spoon or two. Gravity makes a rather discrete boundary to the plane of water cast by the concave surface.

//did that
//make sense?

I thought "flask" was oddly (Freudian?) appropriate considering the video at the bottom of the article on using LSD to treat alcohol addiction.
